I've been doing my best not to post too many pictures of my kids, but when the opportunity presents itself I am going to take advantage of it. The other day someone asked me why I called my business mya.emerson and not paula schmidt. Well... These are my kids Hadley Mya and Tate Emerson and they are my whole universe.

Happy Birthday

It was Tate's (my youngest) 1st Birthday on Feb. 10. We had a house full of people and it was a blast. Tate loved all the kids and now has discovered CAKE and loves it now too. Thanks to everyone who came and for all the gifts you showered him with. He is still not walking but I am sure it will be any day and then the race will be on.

These boots were made for walkin'

Thankyou to my sister Jill (aka auntie koo koo) for sending my little guy, Tate, these adorable boots for his 1st birthday. They are perfect for sleigh rides around the farm and they get quite a few comments when worn to town.

ENERGY!!!

Good day everyone, this post involves two kids that have the kind of energy most of us dream about. Most of the pictures I took of these two were on the move. Could you blame them, a warm autumn day and a beautiful park calling their names. Harper and Hudson are brother and sister and I had a blast capturing their energy and love of life. Thank you to their mom for bringing down to the park, I enjoyed meeting them and hope to see you all again.
